oh Good its not just me. I've updated Java and installed Firefox and it still wouldn't let me in. I updated windows and deleted my cache and still nada.

Yea, sounds like something on the server end of the chat software, and considering that their webpage isn't loading verifies that even more

Even if she did sometimes its good to know that its not just your computer but other people are having problems. That way you know not to keep trying the normal stuff.
