For some reason, and I do not know why, maybe i do not undrestand, but I have a 3yr old filly CA bred who can't enter that race and she's meeting the requirements and is a dirt sprinter. Fixation as you see does met it, I just do not understand what happened to that race.

It's a classified allowance. Your unraced horse is not a stakes winner. Hope that helps.
