Haha...I wouldn't doubt it. My teacher last year had a strong New England accent and my TA was straight from China and had been in the country for 3 months and the only english he knew was numbers and add, minus, multiply, divide, and derivative. My teacher this year was a total whack job but my TA was nice and she was american and could speak english.

We have E's at UA, too. Fingers crossed I don't end up with one, though, because then I wouldn't graduate in May as is the plan! That would SUCK.

I'm actually considering re-taking Econ to get a higher grade. I hate what it's done to my GPA. Stupid supply and demand!

They let you re-take that soon and just get a replacement grade? I think that we avereage until after 3 years, then it counts as a replacement. Or that might just be for vet school admissions. Either way i did chem i got a D the first time and a D+ the 2nd time. yay for improvement! LOL

As far as I know, you can re-take whenever, only you have to use a different professor. I doubt I'll do it, though, because... well, i don't give a sh*t!

That's the trouble course I had this semester. Luckily I had an AWESOME teacher (we actually took the train together in the morning sometimes...she lives probably ten minutes from me!), so I was able to go a few times to get help, and DIDN'T feel like an idiot when I did. I have NO idea how I managed to get a B, since I my exam grades were something like 68, 78, 72, my quiz grades were all 70s except for one, which was an 80...I suppose my homework scores, which of course were all 100s (we could check our answers to get them all right), pulled my grade up to a B. I would have been happy with a C, but I'm ECSTATIC with my B!

D is for DEGREE, baby!

Ok,ok... I got my first D EVER this semester, and it actually bothers me to no end, but I really just couldn't grasp the graphing in econ, so who gives a fart, right?

Last Fall I had a 3.8 (and with 7 classes, that aint easy - all As and one B ), this Fall, a 2.8... I maintain it was Doug who broke my will to be motivated.
Shoulda come talked to me! Econ is what I DO. Yep, I pretty much love Econ graphs. And lamp. I love lamp. But yeah, I've helped more than my share of people pass Econ courses with flying colors!

English speaking TA's?! Send them my way, I don't think they exist at Princeton. So I think about math with an eastern-european accent of some sort, because thats how I was taught it. Sweet. In a not-so-sweet way.
