Stay Awake breeding contest

Here's a fun contest for a free breeding to Stay Awake. Start by looking at Stay Awake's pedigree chart.

http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=101527

Look at all the headshots! I want to try to make a foal by him with as many headshots in the pedigree as possible. You may submit one mare (doesn't have to be retired yet) for a chance to win a free mating for her from Stay Awake (I will breed the foal). How do you win? It has to be a combination of the best mare for the job (don't waste your time with sprinters or turf horses) and have as MANY heads in her pedigree as possible! Bonus points if she, herself, has a headshot. Post a link to her here along with how many headshots appear in her pedigree chart, and I'll pick by the end of the SIM year (probably announce after the Classic when he has retired). If you don't provide me with a head count in her pedigree, I won't waste my time counting. Also, change it if a horse in her pedigree has a head added between now and the time I announce the winner. Think good and hard about it, since you can only submit one. If you change your mind before I pick, you can change.

Sample of submission:

Hey Alysse, this isn't to enter in your contest (since obviously I'm the last person who needs any free breedings), but remind me to send Chancel to him, there's 21 headshots in that hypo. She's a wower and her yearling is a wower with a blazing work so that is hot. I put a note on her page but I forget to look a lot.

Hmm didn't read the instructions correctly lol. I thought we were trying to find one that will results in as many head shots in the hypomate, but the mare had to be owned by my. that was kind of a let down lol. I'll try and find one in my barn lol

I found one SuperHypomating will get you 23 head shots

edit: need to mention that the mare is Gin En Tonic. The hyphomating link didn't work so I'm gonna repost it again. http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=101770

Edit(part 2): there are 11 head shots in all in my mares pedigree alone and her link is listed above. I hope I get it this time around. :)

Thanks Alysse for being patient and for this contest.

Again, the head count should be just in your mare's pedigree chart. See the original post for an example.

Alysse, just to clarify. you want the headshots to be on the dam's side to count? (Not the sire of the mare but just the dam of the mare?)

Nice contest!

Edit: Never mind! I see that you are counting Walkover in Taira's pedigree, so sire and dam count equally.

Another clarification of rules. The mare you submit does have to be owned by the person submitting the entry right? Just trying to make sure this is clear, cause the way I understand the prize is the mare you pick visits Stay Awake for free, and that's your prize. So if you submit someone else's mare, you don't actually get anything there (unless you're leasing the mare I guess).

"win a free mating for her from Stay Awake"

I guess you can submit a mare for somebody else if you like that person and want them to be able to breed her to Stay Awake for free...

Remember, the goal of this exercise is to produce the best possible foal with as many headshots in its pedigree as possible.
