Can not access chat room
I get this message when trying to access the chat room. "Problem with program caused Internet Explorer to close & re-open the tab" Do you have any suggestions for a fix?

kris i downloaded IE 9 and had the same problem, I am now using firefox and chat is working fine for me, actually not sure why i didn't download firefox long time ago since it was my main browser i used on the old computer

Also, this beast just won't download. It tries to download every time in turn the computer off and fails. Can't manually get to go either.
I don't know why I even need it. I hate microsft.
