Ringneck's rider was not paying attention and took a wrong turn, separating them from the fox hunt today.

Sami needs some therapy for her crying problem. Emerald Socks is as sweet as a lamb. Lighthearted smoked during the fox hunt though. 8)

Scat Man spooked in the isle and broke a cross tie. At least it's not expensive to replace!

Kappa's Star won 2nd place in today's rodeo! $7,500 prize.

My pensioners are doing a nice job in paying me back for keeping them all of these years : )

Well, I didn't earn as much this year as I did compared to last year. Still, $22,500 goes a long way in taking care of my pensioners. : ) And in the long run who would refuse $190,500 if it was just handed to them...it's that much money I never would have had without these pensioners being able to work again.

Starting a new year, and hoping my goobers will do a little bit better than last year. So far, it I'm off to a good start with a little rodeo purse money.

I've been having some fun watching the dollar amount increase over the years, makes me happy I kept all my horses after I retired them from racing, and now a lot of them have new jobs to do, and some of them are earning enough money to take care of the rest of them. : )

Naughtiness outnumbered niceness by lesson and fox hunt horses 2-1. But there wasn't too much lasting damage. My pensioners are off to a great start! 8)
