Survivor game

I have always wanted to host/play a survivor game and it has always been a hard concept to create details for a smooth fun game. I tried recently and was hoping you guys could read it and make suggestions to fix things and such before it goes official and I try to run this via sim forum.

Survivor
Teams will be conducted at random
Player Roles-
The roles will be given each week ( you will have a different role each week ). If you are on the island you will be given a role. The role is to cause issues and problems to make it more real. However this is only a game.
*Each week roles are to report to me what they have done to play their role. This is not a must, but if you want automatic immunity for the next two weeks you will do so because that will be given to whoever I feel did best in their roles based on explanation. No one else will no who received immunity.

*If someone on the team can list who is which role for the week and message me they will get to choose who will automatically be eliminated. So this is a strategy thing to try to be the best at your role to get immunity, but also be sneaky so no one knows your given role.

Everytime someone is immune only I will know. If the immune person gets put into challenges the next person with the most votes will take their spot.
Roles-
Horse- Will act as a leader and try to gain answers to challenges and put them together.
Rat- Will be given a lie to spread throughout the week about eliminations and such.
Donkey- Will not be much of a team member and participate to the minimum.
Hotness- Will do everything they can to get ahead for the week.
Talker- Will do everything they can to make sure everything is told to everyone
More roles will be given once we know how many people are involved.

Challenges-
Every week everyone will be given a question ( very simple ). The question will lead to a one word answer. All the teams words together will make a new sentence. The first team to send in the correct sentence will be safe and not have to go into elimination.
Eliminations- Each player will message me a vote of who they wish to be eliminated. The person with the most votes and no votes ( may be more than just two people in these ) will then go into battle. The battle will consist of a battle which will test some skill…
Set up – Each weeks battles will be different.
Battle: Explore One’s self-
Find the best horse in the sim that reminds you of yourself and write why you could be represented by this horse.
Battle photograph-
Get a picture of yourself in the given theme…. Example if you were really stranded in a deserted island.
Battle treaty-
Get as many people to post heart warming stories about why they need you to stay on the island. It will not be the quantity that will be judged, but the stories however, the more love you have the most likely you will seem well liked.
*I will not be the judge, the other team will vote for who they think came up with the best material to survive. The person or person’s with the least votes will be summand off the island.
Once you are eliminated you are done. If teams get to big in one end they will switch. You need your team to work together so you do not risk going into elimination.
The last Two people standing will compete in a full on challenge apprentice style. They will be given past contestants to work with and come up with a final product which will be determined toward the end.

The prize: $1 million sim cash.
