New Navigation Menu technology
We've made an update to the SIM main menus.
The menus will now work on touch screens (iPhone, iPad etc). On a desktop computer, hovering your mouse over the menu title will drop the menu and let you choose options as before. On a touch screen, you can tap on a menu to drop it, and then tap on an option.
While making this update, we also standardized the way the menu behaves and got rid of some uesless pages. Clicking on the menu titles My Office, Racing, Community and SIMStore, no longer take you to a page. In most of those case, the page was just a boring landing page which listed the menu options. This needed for touch screens before the update. To put it another way, menu titles that have sub-menu options no longer have pages associated with them. The biggest impact of this will be that all of you are used to clicking on "My Office" to get to your main page. Now, the way to do that is click the "Home" option under the "My Office" menu. But, for those of you who fear change, I will let you in on a secret shortcut. You can click the "SIMHorseRacing.com" logo to the left of the menu and it will take you to your office.

Re: New Navigation Menu technology
I would be excited about it.. if I had a smart phone. I had to take over my fiances phone because I can no longer navigate the SIM on my phone, which I never had a problem with before. I have often used my phone for shipping, breeding, bidding, etc.. but now, if I'm not at my computer or with Robert... I'm screwed.
I know it'd be a huge hassle to program, but it would be SO nice to have an option of which layout you want from your settings, the "smart phone/ipad friendly" version or the plain version. I may be the only person on the planet who doesn't have a smart phone, but still.
