Because I aspire to win every 3yo filly stake and if there were more of them that would be too difficult. Just kidding.
The actual answer to your question is that even in real life, its a very obscure division. Three year old fillies that want to sprint need to step up relatively quickly and face older competition, or wait for a limited number of sprint opportunities (the Beaumont, Prioress, Test, etc.)
Its a tough division, but thats life with sprinters.
