It's been awhile since I checked in but Mine Those Stars now has 70 winners, 69 over steeples and 1 on dirt. He also has over $1.5 million in progeny earnings. His highest money earner Lemon Lime won her stakes chase last night with a 100 speed figure. He still stands for $10,000 and his average progeny earnings are $10,004.

After the dust settled on Monday night's results the tally of steeplechase winners for Mine Those Stars is now 83 winners and $1,771,015 in progeny earnings. Congratulations to all of the winners may they have even greater success in the future =]

As well as a belated congratulations to Lemon Lime for her stakes win last week for Nick Gilmore. She is now targeting the National Book Cup in Week 11.

Earth and Stars is entered into the Prix Auteuil Chase in Week 10.

I am thrilled to announce that Mine Those Stars has his third stakes winner!

A gorgeous filly out of Ms Faux Pas named Miscue won her first stakes in her first attempt last night and is now 3-for-3 in chasing all with 100 speed figures. Congratulations to Regina Moore on her lovely homebred who is also Ms Faux Pas first stakes winner.

On another note: Mine Those Stars is at 99 winners over steeples!!

As well all know it is Week 12 of Year 37, since the year is approaching its end I thought I would bring it to everyone's attention that Mine Those Stars will be turning 14 next year. These past SIM years have been a blur and it's kind of hard for me to grasp the fact that the dreading pensioning age is just a few weeks away (factoring in the year end break of course).

Since this is the last half of his possible, final full year at stud; Mine Those Stars' fee has been lowered to its original starting price of $7500. He will remain at that price until the day the SIM gods decide his breeding days are over.

At this moment, here are Mine Those Stars' stats as a sire:
