How fast are they getting now?

I have a 1yo filly Daybreak Glory that just worked 1:51.37.

I have been remiss in keep the record works up to date. But the fastest Pacer works range from 1:50.98 to 1:51.09 as of Week 5. See thread here.

I'm in the middle of finals right now, but anticipate getting that list completely updated over Christmas break.

I can't seem to find any workout stats thread for Y33. However, I got a copy of whomever's spreadsheet with the works, so for your benefit:

• Top work - 1:51.09
  Top 5% - 1:51.54
  Top 10% - 1:51.68
  Top 25% - 1:51.93
  Average - 1:52.27

This yearling crop is my highest as far as scary's go and i am finding this crop slightly slower at the top end than my year 33 crop. I am not positive but believe my fastest this year only worked in the 1:51.20+ range but i had some wows in the 1:51.30+ range, last year i had yearlings in the sub 1:51.10 range. As an aside, if you want to sell her you know who to go to unless she is just a wow.

I was excited about her work, but now I'm depressed... Her work wasn't as fast as I thought.

That is still pretty darn fast! I have two scary fillies who worked around that as their fastest time, who are 2 now, and one is undefeated and the other just ran a 83 SF in a stakes race. I would NOT be disappointed at all, especially if Larry wants it.
