I'd really like to hear the reason people voted for Hotternell over Seven Day Theory.

Larry
My reason for voting for Hotternel is that ALL of his stats as a stallion are better. Simmy's won and money earned on the track don't mean much to me unless the talent gets passed on. Maybe he saw better mares..who knows. I'd be interested to hear why you wouldn't vote for H.

I don't care about stallion stats as much when it comes to the hall of fame. Seven Day Theory holds the sim record for fastest mile and was one of the best ever to race. Hotternell just beat slow horses, i beat him with a filly just because i was tired of seeing him beat slow horses.

Congrats to all of the winners!

I think I may have voted for Hotter, too, mainly because he was older than Seven and never had the benefit of a 2 or 3 year old season. One of the first older pacers when the mixers started that did well. He stuck in my mind more than Seven. Nothing against Seven (or the others) I just have fonder memories of Hotter.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I guess if my two Appys had to lose this vote to someone, It's A Gamble is a good one to lose to. :D
