I was just curious if anyone thinks I should try this filly on dirt or not or if it is just my choice of equipment.

I'd try working her on dirt if I were you and see what happens. Le Dauphin Noir has never had a winner on dirt...but Raindrops on Roses (and Favorite Things, the dam) has never had a winner on the turf. Seems like the horse is a little confused!
If you wanted to switch up equipment, you could try running her on lasix - she has never had it before, so it's worth it to see if it helps.

I agree with Ryen.. It can't hurt and adding the lasix will help her to breath better when she's racing. It could also be that she may end up being a sprinter but I don't know enough about her lines or anything like that to go as far as saying that she will be a sprinter. Stranger things I've heard have happened on the SIM. Good luck
