My final decision on this for this year was to do Mixers like normal (I don't know enough about the nuances of Paint 2 year old fillies or breed standards in Quarter Horses to feel like I should pick), most Thoroughbred things myself, and let the people vote on the important things (Trainer, Breeder, North America) and things I'm not qualified for (All Weather).
