Lol, I finally understand Res and Ults..I'm weird like that. Just thought I'd say I really like this idea, and I wanted to let you know that Cat Attack is pointing for the GWC in Week 16. Most likely, he'll run in the 7.5f turf race.

Near-end of the year update! I know a lot of fillies and mares will be retired in these next few weeks, so I thought I'd give you a refresher in my boy's statistics... in case you are too lazy to go to their website (sounds like me...) :P

I do my statistics based on # of winners out of ALL horses over age 1... regardless of if they have actually started or not (it's just easier this way)- and I do know for a fact (because I own them!) that some of these router guys have 2 y/os still waiting for the longer distances before starting. The fractions below are #winners (both surfaces added together)/# over age 1.

BAGO - 12/20 = 60% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=20214' target='_blank'>Bara</a>
Turf router sire. Fee: $35,000

DANCE IN THE DARK - 25/43 = 58% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=22572' target='_blank'>Singlikeyourealone</a>
Turf router sire. Sires decent dirt horses/surface versatile horses too, perfect to race on the turf in Japan and then drop into the dirt races there. Fee: $50,001

ELVSTROEM - 12/18 = 67% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=22326' target='_blank'>Lisa Marie</a>
Turf miler/router sire. Fee: $25,000

FIRST SAMURAI - 8/16 = 50% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=26670' target='_blank'>Desert Sands</a>
Dirt sprint/miler sire AND turf miler sire. Fee: $35,000

GOLD ALLURE - 1/3 = 33% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=28918' target='_blank'>Smok'n Gold</a>
Turf miler/router sire. Turf bred yearlings are working 2f in 23.25 and 23.26, etc. Fee: $1,000

GREY SWALLOW - 7/11 = 64% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=26588' target='_blank'>Atalanta</a>
Turf sprinter sire. Fee: $25,000

HENNY HUGHES - 11/17 = 65% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=27314' target='_blank'>From My Dreams</a>
Dirt sprinter sire. Fee: $15,000

LION HEART - 7/17 = 41% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=20912' target='_blank'>Pants United</a>
Turf miler sire. Fee: $1,000

PERFORMING MAGIC - 22/28 = 79% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=21378' target='_blank'>Performingmiracles</a>
Turf miler sire, and he is awesome. Fee: $50,001

PINCAY - 8/11 = 73% winners (FRESHMAN sire!)... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=35061' target='_blank'>Laffit</a>

Turf sprinter/miler/router sire, stakes winners at all distances. Fee: $50,001

XAAR - 9/17 = 53% winners... top earner: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=26913' target='_blank'>Morocco</a>
INFERTILE this year, consider him for next year. Turf sprinter/miler sire.

And SIX SIGNS (turf miler) and MILES APART (turf router) will be retiring right after week 16! Both will have reasonable fees.

Thanks for looking!!! :D

I'll probably send Prix Charmant to Six Signs next year because that is cute!
You're not getting a dead button...in fits of rage, John Slotman and Ara Davies and Jolene Danner would literally kill half their barns.

Thanks guys! Looking forward to those babies!

Week 16 Res Day connections: None! How sad is that... but it's okay, Miles Apart more than made up for it!!!

And as I mentioned in another thread, MILES APART ended his career with a bang by winning the Estrellas Turf. He is bred very closely to superhorse Black Condor. He is the ONLY other son of El Condor Pasa at stud, and he is out of a full sister to Black Condor's dam. He suffered from seconditis most of his career, with just two stakes wins to his name... but he was a close second in multiple million dollar races all around the globe. He stands for a mere $10,000 in Japan.
