I had a few mares that didn't quite make it to the auction, which I either missed due to oversight or a bug dropped them out. They have been sent to GP and will be available through the AJ sales.

I also had a few inquiries about the remaining yearlings. Those I will be holding on to until the Week 5 workouts. I'll probably do another mass yearling sale then, although through the forum next time. Watch here for updates!

Y39 is a growing pains year for me. I've been hoarding mares for a few years now, and bred a record 194 foals last year. Now it's time for me to reevaluate and cut back on my numbers.

This is also a sad time for me, as I've decided to get completely out of sprinters and focus only on routers. Therefore, my entire AW Sprint stock is available in this auction.

There are over 200 horses up for sale. Although I do have reserves, they are more for categorizing than anything and are, in my opinion, dirt cheap for the selection of talent in the sale. I'll post more about reserve breakdowns in later posts, plus any additional notes per individual horse as time allows.

A BUNCH of formidable mares without bids - only $5k reserves! Same with WINGS/GREAT gallopers!

Plus several more minimum bids left. I didn't have time to finish getting through my mare comments, but even these "good" rated mares produce at least wings/greats on a consistent basis. The yearlings are all well bred as well, and you can't go wrong with "free" colts (ROI when gelded)!
