Mobile Optimization

We are working on optimizing our pages for mobile devices/non computers to make viewing easier. Which of these things would be most important to you if it were easier to see on your phone? Select your 3 most important :-)

Does this include a navigation menu that doesn't force me to zoom in and out, with at least 44px high touch areas for links so that I don't miss click? ;)
