It's fine. All the horses will be CAN breds and elligible for CAN bred races, if there are any.

I don't think Canada holds races for horses bred in that country yet. The ones that do (you can find the list on the stakes schedule) are: Australia, Great Britain, Ireland, Japan (those four countries are great with turf horses, which is what your stallion is)... or you can stand him in California, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, or Virginia as those states have the most state-bred races and some might be turf too. Hope this helps!

I stand my turf horses in Maryland for the first 8 weeks of the year (for the Maryland Million program) and the second 8 weeks in Australia for their AUS-bred program. I'm not saying you should do that, I'm just saying that's what I do to give you an example.

I personally stand at "Maryland Farm" but I fully plan on owning a stud farm in Maryland in the future... most likely next year after all my mares are bred. Here's a list of the farms in Maryland...

A Wheely Merry Farm $40
Forever Magic Farms $100
Maryland Farm $50

and mine will most likely be "Lakeside Acres Stud" and will be $25 like my other farm. But that doesn't exist yet... lol

And I'm hoping for some German-bred only races in the next couple of years... for most of my stallions, this is their first crop from Germany, so I have no problem waiting... and hoping! Or they could just be added to the GB/IRE-bred only races, that would be okay too. :D *halo*

There are currently 11 turf stallions standing in Germany, and Xaar will be back next year to make that 12... and I'm sure more will come later.

German bred races would be nice. I have Mark of Esteem there.
