2016 Melbourne Cup Sweep

For those who are not familiar with how a sweep works - basically each person participating will be allocated a horse in the race before the start of the race. If your horse wins/ places in the Melbourne Cup, you get money!. There are 24 spots in the sweep and it is FREE to enter.
To enter, simple reply to this post. I will run the sweep to randomly assign everybody's horses (using the sweep generator) as soon as we get the 24 places filled!
Prizes will be as follows (1.2 million donated by the amazing Peter Gleason, and 1 million donated by me):
1st: $1.2m
2nd: $500k
3rd: $300k
Last: $200k

The Melbourne Cup is known in Australia as "the race that stops a nation". On the first Tuesday of every November, Australians stop and turn on the television to watch 24 runners compete over 3200 metres (2 miles) for one of the world's richest and best turf races. Sweeps like this one are run everywhere and a lot of people take the day off to get dressed up and go to their local races.
