Okay, upon further thought I'm going to axe this for Y48 and try to come up with something a little more manageable for Y49. Sorry for the false start.

I had an idea for the auction part. Buy a heap of junk proxy horses to auction in a lease auction. For example, to buy Conqueror for the draft you have to win the bid on Random Appy #1
That way people can just put their top bids in and it won't matter if they can't make it for a live draft. Maybe still do the leftover horse free draft in chat at a prearranged time?
