Re: 2018 Preakness Stakes
The 143rd running of the Preakness Stakes became basically a match race between Good Magic & Justify until the homestretch, but in the end, Justify said bring on Belmont, bring on the Triple Crown! Justify, what a horse!
Congratulations once again to Justify, Bob Baffert, and the connections.

Re: 2018 Preakness Stakes
It looks to me like Justify was saying bring on the finish line please
I admire his guts to win this and I think he is a superstar horse but I’m worried about his conditioning for the Belmont. Looking at it long term, I would personally prefer Justify to not attempt the Triple Crown and rest up for the Haskell or Travers.

Re: 2018 Preakness Stakes
I am not against Justify winning the Triple Crown but he really needs a break. The Preakness was his 5th race in 91 days and the Belmont is 21 days later. He showed some vulnerability for the first time. Good luck to him in the Belmont.

Some of that vulnerability came from being pushed up front hard. But I agree, I don’t think he will be at his best in three weekends.
‹Ali Hedgestone› Oh you get addicted to the crack after a while.

Re: 2018 Preakness Stakes
I doubt(?) if his connections will let him start in the 'Race of Champions,' if there is cause for concern regarding his health!
Hopefully!
