looking for chaser stallion options

Post by Gigi Gofaster »

So, I'm looking for another good choice for my chaser mares. Most have already been to I Love to Jump and I lost XJ Seven to pensioning. My go-to stallions are either off the market or priced out of what I'll pay for a chaser stud (25K is my max). So, if you have a chaser stud that can get flat A crosses with strong and brilliant mares, I have a ton waiting for the next big thing in chasing. If I can't find anything, a handful will go to the new boy(s) and the rest back to I Love to Jump, some of my second string guys, or GP sires. Most likely it's a young sire where you can see the hypos and know they are good!

Play Leapfrog will be retiring W16 D1 after the SC, hopefully he hypos well! His fee will be MAX $25k, at least until his first foals jump in Y53

I also have Random Leap but he’s more of an A- guy, though he does have some A hypos :)

Mikki Rocket is currently under turf sprinters, but I think I'll change him to steeplechasing for next season. He has four chasing stakes winners from few starters.

Royal Shingun is my chaser stud. He isn't as flashy as some as the other chase sires, but out of 18 hypos total he has 11 that are A- or better. :] He's also cheap lol >.<

Unfortunately Epaulette is off the market or he would have gotten a ton (more) of my mares.
