Looking For A Dirt Miler Broodmare To Lease

I am wanting to lease a multi winning dirt miler broodmare, stakes winner would be great, allowance is acceptable. please no maiden broodmares unless they have are proven to throw winners. I know that is a lot to ask but I am willing to trade in many combos (example- Game points AND a Broodmare trade or Sim $ AND Game Points)

I can offer:

Sim $ (limited)
Game Points (I would actually prefer to use Game Points as payment if possible)
broodmare trade- I have some nice broodmares, just a few to list:
