Who are you most looking forward to seeing run this week
I've been very angsty the last few days so how about a happy post. Who are the mixers you're most excited to see run this week?
My more promising 2yos are waiting until next week but I have some fun older horses coming back this week
Danke - a hard-knocking older gelding. He showed some promise early in his career then seemed to be slipping some so I moved him to claimers, after a slew of lackluster performances he started winning those with some impressive speed figures so I've put him back into stakes and he picked up a couple of stakes wins last year. Wanted to let him get a stakes race in while the Steward's Cup level horses were still resting
Ferrum is one of those likes mud horses that REALLY seems to prefer an off track, so was excited that there was a muddy stakes option for her this week. She is special to me as I bred both her mom and dad as well as her mom and dad's mom.
Guassian - I would love to get some more homebred and raced paint stallions but I'm also pretty geld happy (Sorry Egret and Baeda). Gaussian is my one horse older than 2 that still has his complete male antomy in tack so I'm very curious to see if he can keep winning races this year and maybe hit the magical $350k number.

Charred Earth- This has been a good gelding for a LONG time, unfortunately I think he's running out of steam, but still love this horse, he's been a trooper.
Fire Left In Me - I'm seriously hoping he runs more up to his freak status this year, he's from The Visionary's last crop, would be cool if he could figure his life out and start running
Shownuff, Chiseled and Campfire Cologne are 2yos who are debuting this week, looking forward to them, hoping they can do decent.

wish I knew how to do the fancy links like you all!
Hundred Speedlimit - I deep down in my heart feel like she will get a stakes win at 4 years old, which is my goal for every great potential horse in my barn.
https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1077359
Republic - we will see if this 3 year old is going to be excellent or if that week 15 race was just a fluke!
https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1104550
Chowder and Chips - Her dam, Clam Chowder, is a horse near and dear to me. She is an A+ nicking mare who has been 3 for 3 stakes producer. Chowder and Chips hasn't quite lived up to her potential yet, but I hope she is just a late bloomer. I am going to keep spamming the 3 year old filly races with her until she grinds out a stakes win.

Marshawn Lynch - I hope this stakes galloper is beast mode, like the real Marshawn!

Re: Who are you most looking forward to seeing run this week
So first you need the icons at the top of your screen. They are automatically up for a new post or if you quote a reply. If you are just doing regular reply you want to hit the full editor and preview button to get them to pop up.
Then you type out the word that you want to be your link. Let's say Republic
Then you highlight the word and hit the chain button in the icons. It will change your word to something like this
<url]Republic though at the front instead of a < the symbol that is currently in front of /url will be there (I changed it so it would show.
Then all you need to do is after the first url put in =your link
So
<url=https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1104550]Republic
and when you submit you get the link. Republic
You can also preview to verify it worked

I’m enthusiastic over Mocha. She’s a stakes late bloomer that is being stubborn over the second equipment piece but she should be epic once she hits the track.
I only voiced an excitement over her due to the fact that I have ALWAYS wanted to know how to do the word url combo too so I had to try it!!!!!! Thank you Tammy

Re: Who are you most looking forward to seeing run this week
When will I learn that these posts jinx my horses? The three I mentioned were all coming off wins and all finished off the board
Though in happier news one of my most frustrating stakes gallopers, Eire, is now at age 5 a stakes winner!!!! It took her 7 starts and over a year to break her maiden. She just kept finishing 2nd (a finish position she has continued to love throughout her career).
And in some the sim is weird news had 2 2yo colts running in MSWs. The stakes galloper finished 4th with a 84 speed figure. The allowance galloper won with a 90 speed figure. This game keeps you on your toes.

I had an exciting horse happen. Gotsta Rain Money was an allowance to stake improver, then after improving she lives up to her dams great name and runs a 91 speed figure.
Now that I just put some JINX VOODOO on her she is going to gallop claimer and start crossing the finish line at 40 sf.

While I didn't post in this tread before because I didn't want to jinx myself AND because I know how mixers can be I will post now!
THIS freak Arab filly ran great! I'm kind of proud of the way my Arab barn is going!

I was always told by the late Scott Eiland (RIP) that you have to be in it to win it.
