I posted a video on training, I didn't really say how you should train because it comes down to your own philosophy so, I just explained what each training bit did and how much you should rest after it.

Just posted a video on breeding, I was pretty apprehensive about making this video so I tried to keep it as simple as possible and not really go into any of my breeding theories because obviously, everyone is different and there is no one way to breed!
