Because what's more fun than one contest? Two contests! :)

This is a twist on my usual contest. Pick a number from 1 to 100, but instead of just being boring old numbers, I've raided Bravo's list of the 100 Scariest Movie Moments. Of course, I think it would be cooler if they had identified the actual moment in the list, rather than just naming the movie in which the moment occurred, but it's not my list. I was kind of surprised by some of the inclusions/omissions, and I was also surprised by how many of these movies I've actually seen. Everyone is eligible (or, at least the first 100 - but past contests haven't gone more than 50, so I feel safe).

In any event, the person closest to the actual number/movie I picked at random gets, the appropriately named Ghost Story. I'll do the drawing early in the morning on Halloween, around 6 am EST (3 am Game Time). Good luck!

65. Marathon Man

I do not think the movie was that scary but I know many dentists had a drop in business after the movie came out.

OK - #74- it's one of my favorite movies (I've got a golden ticket....)-but I'm not sure how Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory made it on the 100 scariest.

:D I, for one, will never, ever watch Willy Wonka again! It freaked me out as a child (25 years ago!) and the creepiness still makes my spine tingle. This coming from a guy who suffers from caulrophobia. Don't know what caulrophobia is? Fear of ......... clowns. I hate 'em!

Not gonna pick a number since I just won Laura's last contest, but wanted to say that I'm glad that Willy Wonka is on this list. Deservedly so!

I'll take #27- Seven. One of my favorite movies...the ending still makes me jump!

I haven't seen this list so I don't know for sure, but I bet Willy Wonka is on there because of the scene where they're on the boat, and Wonka is singing that creepy song, and then they go through a tunnel and there's all these scary images on the wall...I never liked that movie when I was younger, and that scene is why!

52 Phantom of the Opera

Nosferatu is an Awesome movie! Just freaky to know they did horror flicks when silent films were around.

Thanks Laura!
