Hi everyone!

Something different here. I'm hosting a Steward's Cup Song Contest, and anyone can enter. All you have to do is sing an original song about the Steward's Cup. Get that on the internet somehow and post the link to it in this thread. It can be audio only or a video, totally up to you. I just want to hear you sing about the Steward's Cup, and it's GOTTA be original lyrics.

PRIZES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The WINNER will be selected by me. I may consult other people for their opinions, but my decision is final.

EVERYONE who enters will receive one free breeding to a Danny Derby stallion of their choice. Just private message me in the game to claim that.

PRIZE UPDATE

I hate to change things up so late in the game, but this is a positive change, not a negative one so it's totally allowed. Instead of prizes for the top three finishers, there will now be prizes for the top FOUR finishers. Laura Smith has generously offered up a lease to the amazingly well bred mare, stakes winning, blue hen mare Trust Yourself as a prize. So now, prizes will look like this.

GRAND PRIZE - Choice of a lease to Work Of Art or Trust Yourself.

RUNNER UP - Free lease of the remaining mare OR $300,000

THIRD - Free lease of a mare if unselected OR $200,000 (if mare isn't available then cash prize is defaulted)

FOURTH PLACE - Whatever prize is left, either a mare lease or $200,000.

ENTRY DEADLINE IS 12PM PACIFIC TIME ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5TH. I WILL SELECT WINNERS IN TIME FOR STEWARDS CUP FRIDAY RACES!

Clarification - By original, I mean original lyrics. You can use the tune to an existing song if you want. Not that you have to.

She is out of a Steward's Cup Distaff winner and is the mother of another Steward's Cup Distaff winner. She's got two freaks and two stakes runners on the ground, and if I were to put this lovely lady up at a lease auction I imagine she'd bring in around $3 million.

I'm going to say one entry per person, but if you want to redo your official entry I'll allow it - just be clear if you submit another that it's replacing your previous entry.
