Has there been like a raffel ( forgive my spelling ) when people have to buy a # for like 1k or something for a good horse? Would it be possible?

To hold a raffle, you have to get a license from your town, but I guess the Steward could be the Mayor of this town. But without me holding a ticket with a number and seeing a real drawing, I'd be very suspect and not inclined to participate. When there is a contest here in the SIM, somebody is giving something away and I don't have any money invested I assume honesty and don't really care. As soon as I put my money on something then I want guarantees on honesty (I wanna watch).

I wouldn't even trust me and I'm as honest as honest can be.

By the way most times when I'm not sure of a spelling I open Word and type it in there too see if I'm right or wrong.
