Blue and Star Broodmares looking for the magic.

Post by Stormy Peak »

I have a list here of some Blue and Star hens...most that just don't seem to be able to produce freaks, and just occasional stakes, although some have had decent allowance offspring along with productive, solids and claimers.

Maybe one of you can try out a different stallion or just have some magical luck and get a nice stakes or a great freak?

Free leases, first come first served -- post your choice here - 1 per person.

BLUE HENS:

Appaloosa

Livia Mid Distance.
Foals 3:
1 Solid, 2 Productive, one is age 3 but never raced. I don't know if they are late bloomers or progressive types.

Quarter Horses:
These two mares have Excellent breeding, each sired by Mark Me Gold, and I might be jumping the gun on a free lease with one of them as she's only had one foal...a productive.

LEASED Beautiful Noise Dirt Mid
Her dam, Shilo, won around 7 stakes, including a Grade 2 and a Grade 3 and was also a Blue Hen.
Foals 5:
2 Productive
3 Allowance

LEASED Finest Dirt Mid
Her dam, Diazapam, a blue hen, foaled Golden Memories, who won over $1.5 Million.
I was kind of surprised that Finest's 1st foal was a productive. That might be a one off, so maybe someone will get a better one from her. ?
Foals 1: Productive

Trotter:

A Prayer Wheel Spins
Foals 3: 1 Solid, 1 Productive, 1 Allowance.

Dirty Money
Foals 3: 2 Productive, 1 Allowance

----------------------------------------
STARS

Arabian

LEASED Dragon Speak Dirt Sprint
Has never been bred.

Paint

Call Me Misfit Dirt Sprint
Foals 1: Productive

Trotters

Niga Mwonde
In Korean her name means "How Dare You"
She mostly has hypo mated A with stallions, with 1 A+ and 1 A-
Foals 5: 1 Productive, 4 Allowance

Carolyn
Foals 4: 1 Solid, 2 Productive, 1 Allowance

Quarter Horses

Dancing On Dirt Dirt Mid
Foals 3: All Productives

Disburse Dirt Mid
Foals 4: 2 Claimers, 1 Solid, 1 Allowance

LEASED Gold Dust Woman Dirt Mid
Another daughter of Diazapam, who foaled Golden Memories, winner of over $1.5 Million.
Gold Dust Woman is a stakes winner;
Foals 2: 1 Solid, 1 Productive

High Tripperr Dirt Sprint
Foals 9: 3 Claimer, 3 Productive, 3 Allowance

Jet Fire Dirt Sprint
Foals 5: 2 Claimers, 2 Productives 1 Allowance

Michigo Dirt Sprint
The mare's name is a mix of Korean and English. Michi = Crazy, + the English verb Go
Foals 3: 2 Claimers 1 Solid

Moods Dirt Mid
Daughter of Shilo, who I mentioned above regarding the blue hen mare, Beautiful Noise.
Foals 4: 1 Claimer, 2 Productives, 1 Allowance

Warrior Woman Dirt Mid
No Foals. I bought her as a retired filly, with no name at an auction. I do want to breed her, but I'm limiting my foals quite a bit this year, since my yearling crop is so Huge.

------------------

Some of these mares will probably die during foal, just let Nature Take It's Course.
Also...if you would...put a note on the foal's page...that if you ever wish to send it to AJ, sent it to me instead, not retired pensioned if possible, although I will take those too. : )
Thanks, and best of luck with the foals.

I will be visiting this thread throughout the day to update it. and get mares to those who want one.
