This is the first annual yearling auction for Panate Stables (A joint partnership between owners Paul Sellers and Nathan Robert) The auction features mostly dirt sprinters and milers, but there are a few exceptions. Please read the descriptions.

Auction Rules:

1) Auction ends at 5:00 pm game time on Monday 12/10. Bids at 5:01 will not be accepted.
2) Please bid in increments of $1,000.
3) Have fun and bid away!

Horses for Auction:

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=46432' target='_blank'> Bullets on Fire </a> ch.f Red Bullet x White Rose (Raindrops on Roses)
First foal out of dam. Sire was RL winner of the Preakness, has 50% winners in the SIM, and has proven to be a successful sire of distance sprinters and milers.
Bred to be a Dirt Miler.
Gary Cooper = $5,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=48138' target='_blank'> Eyes To Sea You </a> b.c Midas Eyes x Sargasso Sea (Niigon)
First foal out of dam. Sire was a brilliant RL stakes record-breaking GI winning sprinter, winning from 5.5f to 8f.
2f dirt workout = 22.88
Bred to be a Dirt Sprinter/Miler
Bob Allensworth = $5,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=48071' target='_blank'> Halsted </a> gr.c Steppenwolfer x Quiet Decline (Stealth)
First foal out of dam, which won twice at 1 mile. Sire has 66% winners while covering mares that have been mediocre at best.
Both dam and sire showed racing success on turf and dirt, but I suspect this horse will be a good Dirt Miler/Router. This horse was bred in CAN, so it is eligible for the growing Canadian-Bred stakes circuit.
2f dirt workout = 23.05
Reserve = $20,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=42291' target='_blank'> Night Owl Merlot </a> ro.c Opening Night x Vines of Merlot (Forestry)
Second foal out of a dam that was clearly bred for the lawn, but who was mismanaged into a series of unsuccessful dirt tries. Opening Night’s first runners have been fantastic, and the top-side pedigree on this one is remarkable. From the same female family of Masterful.
Bred to be a Turf Miler.
Leonard Beagle = $11,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=47022' target='_blank'> Mental Magic </a> ch.c Midas Eyes x Afleet Lauren (Afleet Alex)
First foal out of a winning dam. Sire was a G1 winner at a mile and the favorite at the BC Sprint, and both sire’s sire and dam’s sire were Belmont Stakes winners.
Bred to be best at a mile, but should be able to get a route of ground.
Bred to be a Dirt Miler.
Reserve = $5,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=44242' target='_blank'> Park Avenue Prayer </a> b.f Songandaprayer x Where Love Begins (Essence of Dubai)
Sire has 50% winners and 9% stakes winners and was RL winner of the Fountain of Youth Stakes at 1 1/16 miles.
Bred to be a Dirt Sprinter/Miler.
2f dirt workout = 22.82
Charles Bunbury = $25,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=42567' target='_blank'> Pin Number </a> b.c Cuvee x Blue Skies (Bandini)
Stephen Skaggs bred colt is out of a dam that earned a check in 8 of 9 career races. Sire already has 26 winners from 4 crops of foals. This horse should flourish as a dirt sprinter.
2f dirt workout = 22.82
Reserve = $15,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=45466' target='_blank'> Pistol </a> ch.g Red Bullet x Remember (Forest Wildcat)
Bred by Emily Mitchell, this horse is by a sire with 50% winners, and whose dam’s sire was never really given a chance to succeed. This horse will undoubtedly be best at at least a mile, but may go further.
Bred to be a Dirt Miler.
Reserve = $5,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=45907' target='_blank'> Port Defender </a> b.c Yume Senshi x Evanstar (Stephen Got Even)
Dam was a Shield’s-bred who won against open company but was mismanaged after that. Yumi is looking like a remarkable sire who is only on his second crop and is flourishing.
Worked 2f on dirt in 22.74, but should only get better as the distance gets longer as both Dam and Sire seemed to relish the mile+ distance. This horse is a MD-Bred, so it is eligible for the growing MD-Bred stakes circuit.
Bred to be a Dirt Miler.
Cleo Patra = $35,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=45895' target='_blank'> Song Animator </a> b.c Songandaprayer x Animator (Best)
First foal out of mare. Sire has 50% winners and 9% stakes winners. This is the same cross (Songandaprayer x Satelite) that produced multiple stakes winners Amor Vincit Omnia, World Cup, Awesome Song, and Pray in Silence.
Bred to be a Dirt Sprinter.
2f dirt workout = 22.68
Rob Kilbourn = $70,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=46602' target='_blank'> Tiger's Course </a> gr.c Tale of the Cat x Golfe De Le Gonave (Petionville)
Sire has 58% winners, and sired Y18 Steward’s Cup 3rd place finisher The Way I See It. Dam seemed best on the grass actually improving with two turns, so bit of a surprise to see this one come out of the box with two 22.76 2f works. This horse is a MD-Bred, so it is eligible for the growing MD-Bred stakes circuit.
Bred to be a Turf Miler.
Bob Allensworth = $12,000

<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horseped. ... seID=44001' target='_blank'> Xy Bomb </a> bl.c Indian Express x Seraphim (Birdstone)
Second foal out of dam (first is unraced). Dam's side has RL KY Derby Winners Grindstone and Fusaichi Pegasus. Sire already has 40% winners from small first crop.
Bred to be a Dirt Miler
Leonard Beagle = $6,000
Greatest $95,000
Winner of 9 Grade 1s!

Evenmoneyfavorite $25,000
25 Winners from 1st crop, including Betterbetdabestbet!

Sky of Mysteries $30,000

Daring $15,000
