Hi! I got super curious about this question the other day.
The question arose when I noticed some trainers enters up to 1k horses into races per week, and others only a couple of horses per week
Surely this has to depend on how much time you are able to put into the game? Or simply priorities

I've been back into full-time employment for six months (I was a stay at home mom for two years) and the time that I put into the SIM has drastically decreased. My job isn't overly demanding (I'm a medical laboratory technician at a quiet clinic) but I get up at 5:45AM for work, so I just don't have the same energy. Even on weekends, i'm usually in bed by 10:30
I'm in awe of people who work full time and can still dedicate themselves to 1,000+ SIM entries per week.

I’m a jockey. We also have our own racehorses, plus a stallion and a handful of broodmares. As well as that we’ve got 30 head of limousin cattle. Most of the time I’m racing at 1pm on a Saturday (which is when Friday US results time is) so I tend to miss out on the big sim calls nights unless I’m injured or suspended.

I literally don’t know which one to say

I have 5 jobs currently, I’m a waitress and cashier (same place), work off all my board as a hand, Shipt shopper, file clerk and have my own business (Magnawave).

Needless to say, I'm a jack of all trades, master of none. I tend to get bored after a while and will pick up new gigs. The only one I've done for more than 5 years is the barn cause obviously horses are the best and P's still expensive.

Vet Tech for 3 years, then 26.5 years as Inside Sales for a cooling tower company, then 9 years as an Order Administrator for a local Shutter/Blinds company. Retired the year of Covid in late 2020. The most fun I had was training and working with a friend's Paso Finos. It was a blast and they are fun to ride.
