Trouble buying game points

Everything comes up fine until it’s time to finalize payment is it the sim that is having trouble or do i need to find out via PayPal? Never had this issue before

Do you have an ad blocker, script blocker or popup blocker running? Try it in a different browser and if it works it is something in your settings.

I had the same problem and I tried with both FF and Chrome.

I was able to pay by using the 'pay as a guest' feature (or whatever it's called when you don't log into Paypal).

I would be nice if a second payment method could be offered so that we can stil buy game points when Paypal is flaky.

I was about to ask myself about PayPal not working. I tried on Chrome, I tried on Edge and I tried on the PayPal app on my phone with no luck.

I have also been trying over the past 2 days and having the same issue. I opened a support ticket with PayPal and was told that the merchant wasn't accepting the payment and so it was getting 'stuck'.

This is from Paypal:

As checked the transaction details I could see that the order is pending with merchant. Merchant needs to accept the payment and process your order. If merchant will not accept the order in 72 hours of time, PayPal will automatically void the pending authorization within 72 hours of placing the pre-authorization hold. Funds will not be taken from your card if the PayPal transaction was not completed.
In this case as the order was not completed the authorization will be automatically cancelled on 25th June and the funds which is on hold with your card issuer will be reverted to your account. Be assure, that I have also forwarded the request to reverse the funds back to your card.

It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your card statement.

I don't know what's going on and the Admin is in literal Iceland, so for now send PayPals directly to steward at simhorseracing dot com and I will put them in your accounts by hand as fast as I can!

I was ultimately able to do it with 'check out as a guest' which makes me think it's a paypal issue despite what they told me, but then I used my paypal login to buy something else on another website and it worked fine, so I have absolutely no idea what's going on.

I have yet to be able to do it via any way..
PayPal is making it a real hard to figure out.. I can pay for other online things via pay pal though
