I'd like to report a horse "coughing," so I can get a "vet," scratch before she runs her race with wrong equipment again, seeing as how I can't "trainer," scratch her! She looks unsound, maybe unfit for racing today!...can I tell the jockey to fall off the horse before loading and hope she runs away at least!?
