Unfortunately, even with my stable being restructured I've finally come to the conclusion that I simply need to reduce my herd of broodmares. There will probably be a second sale sometime this year for mares as well as probably 3 yearling sales. My goal is to be down to right around or under 100 mares, currently I'm at 150. I'm for the most part moving out of Arabs, QHs and Paint Sprinters to focus primarily on Paint Mids (they've always been my bread and butter and my favorite) and Paint Tri Distance.
