There are apparently owners - Like Taboada - who are trying to get sacramento, fresno , pleasanton, santa rosa and ferndale to pick up some races according to DRF anyway.

Maybe decrease racing weeks from 50 to 42.

Apparently owners may not want to go SA.

While I don't begrudge a man (Stronach) for making money, overall I think I lean towards Stronach's company's effect on California racing to be overall negative.

Maybe they can use it to relocate the homeless that are parked on the sidewalks of San Francisco
