.....direct link to my stallions pages and no scrolling down a notch or two to get to it.
Due to back pain, I operate on about 3 to 4 hours of broken sleep on most nights, sometimes I get lucky and get a full 4 hours in. I sometimes in the afternoon get a nap in that about 2 hours of solid sleep. This past week hasn't been much for naps...I think my brain is shutting down on me
What will happen is probably in a few more days, I'll 'crash' -- go to sleep and wake up 9 hours later, with really horrible in my back, but my brain will be happy. Rinse and repeat in about 4 to 5 more months
