Year 65 - The Improvers

Because surprise (or not so surprise) improvers are every bit as fun and more than the yearlings, show me yours. I had some doozies this season!

Those are headed by Warlike Heart, because seriously, what, he's been a peak stakes since he was three. And now he's a freak at 6. Weirdo.

Emptiness Man improved to freak as I'd expected he would, and I'm actually really excited for this colt. Bonus points if you can tell me where his name came from/why he has it. Also please someone remind me to nominate him and Sky Squared to the TC.

Bad Moon Rising was another stakes that I expected to go to freak and I'm glad she did it fairly early in her career.

I was not expecting this one and he doesn't have a name yet, but I can't not love this colt combining most of my best lines.
