No races shown for a 3yr old turf router

I have this filly I would like to enter into a race for Week 7.

Stone Cold Stare

But when I select 'Find Races' on her page....
I get a Races for Stone Cold Stare entry page with no races listed and a Circuit set for USA races only


???

She's not retired, nor injured. She won her last race at Marathon Park on Wk5 D1.
UPDATE: This is happening with all my horses.

Seems to now list races for a couple it didn't before

I am still getting a default of USA when the page opens....
however, races are being shown for what looks to be all circuits when you first look at the page.

When I narrowed down the races...to say a nw-2 -- Then at that point, only the USA races show (me not messing with the default of USA the page opened with)

After moving the circuit setting from USA to Any...then other countries do show up, along with the USA tracks.

It was indirectly related. The conditions should be fixed.
