Is it normal to not be able to create races for 2yo routers? I don’t get options over 1 mile even wk11.

In week 12, it seems you can create 1 1/16. But no further distances.

yes, this is the norm. It's why week 14 races (not week 10) has the 1st TX bred route races;
I'm just here for the fun of it
