Triple Crown 2yo QHs

Just first want to highlight my special filly “Sophisticated Cat” when I entered her this year in the Austin Futurity trials I never imagined she would win the trial, and certainly not then go on to win the Austin Futurity then the Rainstorm Futurity and then the big 2yo race the Most American Futurity! Making her a Triple Crown Winner!

I have been looking through the sim museum for other triple crown winners but can’t find any yet I have not looked at every horse … surely my filly is not the first? Share with me if there was others ? I did only check the futurities not derbies yet

I thought my first Most American Futurity winner Flashdowntown was a great 2yo to race but this homebred filly by Silver Kitty Cat takes the cake for me. Flashdowntown was a peak 2yo too so I’m excited for Sophisticated Cat being a late bloomer.

I’m not into showing off my racehorses but Sophisticated Cat is too special not to share.

Congratulations, Hope! Those of us in the Chatroom for the calls last night pretty much decided that your lovely filly is the first 2 year old TC winner! I hope that we are not wrong. I was so happy and excited for you, and love your pretty little girl! I have used Silver Kitty Cat before and was pleased with him, and have, of course, plans to use him some more this year. Once again, huge congratulations!!

Yes your filly is the first to win the 2yo version of the triple. My own horse "Jeaux" and his nemesis "El Dorado" have won the 3yo version. There is one more to win the 3yo triple crown but at the moment I can not remember who it is.

Below are the all time QH Triple Crown Winners to date.

In year 45 “American Gold” became the first Triple Crown winner as a 3yo filly.
Bred and trained by Alex Puderbaugh. Sired by TB American Valor from Royal in Gold(The Gold Factor)


Year 55 3yo “El Dorado” became the 2nd Triple Crown winner. He was also unbeaten that year too!
He’s bred/trained and still owned by Laura Ferguson
Sired by Mark Me Gold from A Night of Stars(Nightforce)


Year 56 saw 3yo colt “Jeaux” become the 3rd Triple Crown winner
Bred/trained and still owned by Craig Mcgee
Sired by Jim Beam from Belleallica(Valpolicella)
