We've just finished the "break" between seasons. For players who raced horses in week 16, you need to give them extra time off to rest!
Horses don't get the usual amount of rest during break. Week 1 of Y66 is like week 17 of Y65. So any horse slated to run in week 1 after running in week 16 only had 1 week's rest (not 2 like you might expect since we humans had 2 weeks off).
