Lease is just for this year, wanted to set it up now since a couple big studs are pensioning this year. Auction link here, see below for notes on each mare. I've chosen to do the auction with no reserve, so you could in theory get some of these leases pretty cheap. Auction opens tomorrow at noon EST.

NOTE: The mares in this auction that have not been bred have also not been BSA'd.

A Treat To Eat - Impacts mare, first foal, by Ivor, galloped stakes
Aftershow - stakes galloper, listed stakes winner, first foal by Flightline galloped stakes late bloomer. She's a 3/4 sibling to G3 winner Notacatbutalawyer and a 1/2 sibling to another horse in this auction (Suburbs)
Come to Berkeley - 3 foals so far, two allowance gallopers and one stakes galloper
Eloquent Sound - galloped stakes lb and improved to freak as an older horse, millionaire blue hen daughter of Pink Lloyd who twice brought home checks against the boys in the Pegasus Summit (2nd in Y64 and 4th in Y65). I've hypo'd her to about 20 studs and she's flat A to all but one in her division (and that one is B+). Her first foal by Tunnel of No Light (who has first yearlings this year) is allowance progressive.
Forelocks - daughter of the legendary Roughian and by Obsidian Fury, 1/2 sibling to stakes winning Billy Jack and In The Air Tonight. Peaked solid but did break her maiden. Has not been bred before.
Forever Swain - Swain broodmare from the auction a few years back, TM, 3 of her 4 foals are allowance.
Gwenhwyfar - freak producer (Portico, by Xyst) whose younger full sister is allowance progressive. No foal lower than productive so far.
Hell Hath No Fuhry - Langfuhr mare from last year's sale, first foal productive LB, A to A- hypos in DS and AWS (these are the only divisions I've hypo'd her in)
Hold the Magic - stakes galloper by That Voodoo Youdo out of a star mare, has not been bred before
Misty Fjord - by Wilderness, first foal by World of Color is stakes late bloomer.
Run Your Fate - stakes galloper by Ransack, has not been bred before
Scrambled - stakes galloper by Dave Matthews Band, has not been bred before
Suburbs - blue hen by Maximus, first foal by World of Color is stakes, flat A to Arizona, Mace, War Like Me, A- to Napoleon, Primetime, Steamboat Willie, Xyst, 1/2 sibling to Aftershow and Notacatbutalawyer
Unknown Alloy - freak producer of the 3yo filly In Absentia (Mr. Wonderful), her Avenger and Man in Motion foals are allowance, the other two productive. Of the dozen studs I've hypo'd her to to this point, 11 are A and the other is A-.
Wonderful Disaster - by Mr. Wonderful, first foal (by Davy Crockit) is stakes progressive
Z Light - 2nd and 3rd dam are both Steward's Cup winners (3rd dam Emazombie having won both the Filly Dash and Synthetic Speed).
