GPS and Paypal

Anyone else from outside the USA having their order for game points declined due to them saying having to meet international regulations?

I’ve tried looking through their help section… and tried contacting … any ideas or others having the same happening?

Hey are you still having this trouble? I've never heard of this, maybe it's a new issue?

Yes still having the trouble can’t buy game points same reason.

This is what comes after I try to buy

‘This transaction has been declined to comply with international regulations.’

I tried to research this a bit. Some say that you may need to verify your identity on the PayPal site. Others say that you may have a credit card hooked to your PayPal account that doesn't allow PayPal. I am going to contact PayPal and ask them for help. I suggest you do the same and we can try to get this sorted out.

I have updated a few things and confirmed card with code …… still no change will keep trying for a change

You are not alone. I'm also getting the same error. I did some troubleshooting as well and nothing changed. I'll be sending in a ticket to see what they say about it.

Hi @The Admin, I still have this issue and I can not upgrade to Simpieror account.

Just to be sure, are you having trouble purchasing Game Points? What error are you seeing?
