confidence for old maidens

is there anyway to help a steeplechaser's confidence , such as we have barrier races for the flat racers?

I think the only way for them is a very long break (unless I'm making that up, but I thought a very long break from racing can also restore confidence).

I would love barrier races for steeplechasers to. Perhaps they forgot the steeplechasers?
