I am really struggling for any sort of motivation in the SIM right now and the huge number of 2yos I have (huge for me) isn't helping, so I'm listing some for sale, and some for lease.

1. Lease for the rest of this year
2. Lease for this year and next, and get first foal from the filly you end up leasing whenever she retires (might not necessarily be when she is 3)
