I was so excited for tomorrow morning's Stewards Cup races, but just now I checked the entries and I'm shocked because none of my 3 horses are listed to race. I've been playing this game since 2014 and I've never experienced this before. Despite having funds in my account, 63 minutes before the race entries closed, my funds were used to purchase game points. I gave that instruction, but I didn't anticipate it would put me in the negative balance. Now I've missed the chance to register my horses. The races haven't started yet, is there anything that can be done to address this injustice?

Here to address the ~injustice.
The exchange did NOT let you go negative because we can't let you spend money for Game Points when you don't have the money. You went very low, however. Then, the SIM started taking entry fees from you for the W16 D3 races. It goes alphabetically, so it got through your Los Angelitos entries (such as the Arabian Oaks you are entered in) before you ran out of money. Every entry after that got scratched (so the Ruidoso entries aka the Steward's Cup entries).

I'm sorry, actually when I said injustice, I didn't mean anything related to the game or you, but rather what happened to me. I apologize for the word. If I had such a thought related to the game, I wouldn't be willing to devote another 10 years of my life, let alone 10-20 years.
