Ok so who had 3 days before I came to the forum to post about Gord's Secret having sired the the Steward's Cup Filly Turf Dash winner, The Shield Maiden? https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1771339

Well, I am not surprised it was a filly. I am surprised it was at 2. Gord's Secret was a late bloomer himself not freaking until 4. It also seems some of his better gallopers were/are late bloomers (1st crop 3 turning 4) and I have posted about my perception that he may be filly biased, if that is indeed a thing.

Either way, he has just been lights out in the breeding shed it seems despite my onslaught of sub par TS mares to get him started. I am thankful to those who took a chance on him and congrats to John D'Arc and The Shield Maiden.

Gord's Secret still standing in MD for 48k - 63 slots still remaining - PM me for any questions. He seems to have enough foals to ID some breeding trends and now sire of SC winner in just his second crop.
