Layaway program still accepting star/hen mares

I have about 20 spots open if anyone is overwhelmed with unbred mares. The basics again:

1) Lease a TB hen or star to me for $0
2) I do some research and breed the mare
3) You have until after BT W4 to buy the foal for the stud fee
4) If you fail to buy the foal, or let me know beforehand that you wish to refuse it, I send you SIM$ equivalent to the stud fee as a mare lease and keep the foal. Layaway foals are not galloped prior to W4, so will be gallop unknown
5) Foal gender is random but you can specify other details including stud fee limits, requests for emphasis on things such as versatility, future breeding potential, etc.
