<a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=47305' target='_blank'>Six Tricks</a>
A 3 y/o gelding by Six Signs out of stakes winner Performingmiracles

Open to everyone.

How do you win him? Post below:
1) how would you race him (conditions, surface, distance, etc... you don't have to put equipment)
2) why do you want him
3) put a link to the worst horse in your stable and the best one, too

If you have a lot of stakes winners, you're not likely to get him. I didn't want to block out non-new players who are still having a hard time, so that's why it's not just a new-players only kind of thing. :)

The deadline for entries is Wednesday, the 9th, around 12 noon EST. That way, whoever wins him will have plenty of time to enter and ship him if you want to race him this Friday.

Not much time, so get them in! :)

Given how much I heart the Performing Magics, I'm going to exempt myself from this competition. That being said, awesome giveaway by Emily!

Great giveaway contest Emily!!! Here is the information for my entry.

1) If I were to win him, I would race him on the turf at 7-8 furlongs in ungraded stakes or softer graded stakes races. If he was successful at those levels, I would move him up to tougher graded stakes.

2) I want him because he would instantly be the best bred horse in my stable. The pedigree is just amazing. He fits in to my plans of racing primarily turf horses as well. Six Tricks looks like he definitely would be a big money earner, which would help take my stable to the next level. I have never had a graded stakes winner and he looks like he has that ability.

3) Worst horse- <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=40463' target='_blank'>Fine Notion</a>
Best horse- <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=32996' target='_blank'>Drownoutthecrowd</a>

Six Tricks seems like a no brainer for surface and distance, 7-8 furlongs on the turf. I have no inside information if he can navigate on other than a firm turf course so I’d keep him away from soft or yielding conditions. He’s been holding his own in $100,000 stakes company so unless I wanted to give him some confidence by winning a high level allowance race I’d keep him in stakes company.

Why do I want him? A stakes winning mom with over $600,000 in earnings, a young stallion with very good success from his first crop of runners, both mom and pop were outstanding milers and of course, Six Tricks himself being an early proven performer and he's free. There's no downside to this, what’s not to want?

Worst horse: That’s easy… <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=52808' target='_blank'>Unabated</a> Only money earned was a badly beaten second (7 lengths) in a two horse race.

Best older horse: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=25948' target='_blank'>Knighted</a>
Best younger filly: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=43288' target='_blank'>Domydreamscometrue</a>

If I won this horse I would put him in this race:
Year 22 Week 3 (Friday) Turkish Racecourse-TUR Condition: Firm. Race 1 - 1 mile. Turf. "Ayizi Stakes." 3 year olds. Colts and Geldings. Stakes. Purse $40,000 Entry Fee $400

I would want this horse because i dont have any good horses in my stable and this one, if I got it would be my new best horse in my stable and every week that he is in i would look foward to him racing.

The worst horse in my stable is <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=37613' target='_blank'>http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php ... D=37613</a>
I recently bought this horse but think it is my best race horse right now <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=29968' target='_blank'>http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php ... D=29968</a>

Nice horse!

1. Ok there is a nice turf mile for 3 YO colts & geldings (NW2) week 3 in Paris, I'd probably send him to that or something similar, to boost his confidence. As a long term strategy, I would see his best distance somewhere between 7 furlongs and 1 1/16, on the turf, and if he won an NW2 or NW3 I'd look for an easier stakes race, if possible.

2. Why do I want him? He's a nice horse, with huge potential. Six Tricks could really fill some gaps in my stable, and would be one that I would really appreciate--most of my 3 YO's aren't that good to be frank. Because of his potential, I would spend time placing him to his best advantage, in spots where he could be competitive and showcase his potential.

3. Best horse: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=40586' target='_blank'>Alert</a>
Worst horse: probaby <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=39300' target='_blank'>Courage was Mine</a> sadly, especially seeing that she is from the 1/2 sister to Pike Place Dancer. I just can't figure her out, but can't let her go either. I hate saying that she's the worst. How bout I call her my most frustrating?

And, as to the stakes winners, Alert, Final Answer, Slipping Away and Zonked are the only horses that I can think of that are still racing and still in my stable, who have won a stakes while I owned them. In other words, I have several horses that were stakes winners for other trainers, and Slipping Away and Zonked's wins were both restricted (Newbie) stakes.

Thanks for the opportunity!

1) If Six Tricks resided in my stable, I would first place him in a light allowance or a regular NW2. The surface would have to be turf (I don't see this horse running a step on the main track, it's just not possible) and he could favor 7 furlongs, like his sire Six Signs was capable of doing, or run a quick mile, like the Performing Magic foals have been showing, such as Performing Tricks. It's odd that he was beaten in the London Futurity, since he shows such a brilliant pedigree for a mile, and the winner (mind you, that's my colt!!) is bred for at least a mile and an eighth.

2) I would like this colt because first of all, I have ONE stakes-quality horse in my barn that has run so far. I have a few promising babies, but let's face it, promises have sucked before. It seems like every time I find success, it gets crushed and it's no more. I'd love another stakes quality horse to campaign, just to make the SIM more fun. Plus, Six Tricks has a fantabulous pedigree that beats the best horse in my stable out (shown below). And, he's free. I'm not missing out!

3) This is probably the worst one: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=41930' target='_blank'>Any Given Time</a>
And this is definitely the best one: <a href='http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=45606' target='_blank'>Unanswered Prayers</a>

Thanks Emily, and what a handsome colt you've got there!

hi there

Six Tricks
1. If I had him I would look put him

wk 3 NW2 3 yr old on1y 6 fl Fair Weather colts gelding

this horse looks like a stud for ALL-Weather Racing very good prep for sprinting at either All-Weather tracks for stakes race later in year..

2. The 3 fl workout that horse had was better then any of the previous 11 horses this week that worked out and adding this horse gives me a stakes caliber horse in a still a very unproven All Weather sprint horses..I like this gamble on staying away from turf to All Weather

3. Since I don't have a lot of computer savvy such as creating a link to my horses I only have one lifetime stakes win so my best horse right now is

Squandered

My worst has 6 races and last place in 4 of them

Star Over The Bay

thanks for this chance

Okay guys, I narrowed it down to two players (that was hard enough to do!) and then flipped a coin. The winner is....

Emily White!!!

Thanks everyone for participating! Hope you enjoy him, Emily W. :)
