I have dropped Le Dauphin Noir's fee from 10,000 to 4,000...sorry to undercut you on the Conduit son's, Ara, but given we are talking about an unproven stallion here...

I'm not placing restrictions on his book or anything...but he was one *censored* of a turf three-year-old ;-).

Ile de Paris - top turf router

If you are looking for a turf stallion I have several real life turf stallions to choose from:

Azamour (Night Shift x Asmara(Lear Fan)) Stud Fee: $6,250
Multiple Grade One Winner and the Highest Rated Older horse In Europe

Electrocutionist (Red Ransom x Elbaaha(Arazi)) Stud Fee: $5,000
He is one of the favorites in the real life Dubai Cup. Get him cheap while you can because his price will go up soon. It is possible he may be able to produce both turf and dirt as he runs on both in real life

Fasliyev (Nureyev x Mr. P's Princess(Mr. Prospector)) Stud Fee: $5,000
Unbeaten European Champion 2 yr Old

Fuji Kiseki (Sunday Silence x Millracer(Le Fabuleaux) Stud Fee: $7,500
He produces both dirt and turf racers in real life.

Kitten's Joy (El Prado x Kitten's First(Lear Fan)) Stud Fee: $6,000
Eclipse Champion Male Turf Horse

Lammtarra (Nijinsky II x Snow Bride(Blushing Groom)) Stud Fee: $5,000
Winner of the Epsom Derby and Arc

Motivator (Montjeu x Out West(Gone West)) Stud Fee: $7,500
BHB's Horse of the Year and Champion 3yo Male

North Light (Danehill x Sought Out(Rainbow Quest)) Stud Fee: $2,500
Winner of Epsom Derby

Noverre (Rahy x Danseur Fabuleaux(Northern Dancer)) Stud Fee: $5,000
Half-Sibling to Arazi

Peintre Celebre (Nureyev x Peinture Blue(Alydar)) Stud Fee: $7,500
European Horse of the Year

I don't want to put words in Ara's mouth, but I think its safe to say that Atlas isn't going to suffer much. He could be at 50k and people would find a way to scrimp and save and go to him, he's just that low because Ara is doing a lot of people a big favor and not asking them to stake their entire barn on an Atlas foal.

Le Dauphin was a wonderful turf 3yo, and I'll definitely be using him as soon as I find the right mare, but Atlas was just in another class from anything I've ever seen racing in the SIM.

For the record, Le Dauphin Noir is one of my very favorite non-New River horses in the SIM. :)

Unfortunately, it is highly likely that I won't be able to connect to the SIM until Monday. So, Dauphin babies will have to wait. Razzumfraggumdialuprazzumfraggum.

EDIT: Okay, seems the problem is actually Safari. I bought a Lokite Ruler mare for him and am looking for more.

Will *definitely* be paying attention to what you send his way, Eric!

As of yet, I'm a little short on mares to send to him... I've got one going to Atlas and two to Loki Dynasty, but they're mostly dirt mares and I think Le Dauphin Noir is a waste of time for dirt mares. I'm testing out a bunch of new stallions with my turf mares, horses like Perfect Soul, Footstepsinthesand, Elvstroem, Dalakhani, Electrocutionist, Deep Impact, Dreams In Flames, and Johannesburg, not to mention that I'm trying to prove that Empire Maker will sire turf, so Le Dauphin isn't gonna make it this year unless I find the right mare for him.
